Bridgewell Services provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services, including but not limited to:
Door-to-door transportation for medical appointments, hospital discharges, dialysis, physical therapy, and other healthcare-related visits.
Transportation for individuals with mobility challenges, seniors, and patients requiring specialized assistance.
Scheduling and coordinating rides through our website, phone, or SMS.
Additional support services as reasonably required to ensure safe and reliable transport.
All services are subject to driver availability, vehicle capacity, and geographic coverage and may be changed without notice.
3. Use of SMS & Electronic Communications
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages and electronic communications regarding our services, promotions, and updates.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services who support message delivery.
You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard carrier rates may apply.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect and use information in line with applicable laws.
All categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

6. Service Limitations & Liability
Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
Bridgewell Services is not liable for delays, interruptions, or damages beyond our reasonable control (including carrier delays in SMS delivery).
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Payment & Billing (if applicable)
Where services require payment:
Fees are due as outlined at the time of booking or service agreement.
All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these terms or misuse our systems.
